| Download Records |

You can download the entire PDF file of the records we copy from the
Order Status page. However, you must contact our customer service
department by phone (800-244-3495) or email
webmaster@GetRecords.com and setup your online account with your
internal Med-Legal Customer Code.

| Once you have a valid online account you should go to the Order
Status page, login, find the file you want to download from (by Social Security
number, name, or our control number), select the location from the drop down
menu, and then click on "Download Records".
