Job Location :Covin, CA
Salary: $10.00 per hour
The general responsibilities of this position are to Schedule appointments
using MS Outlook, Data Entry, Answer phones; communicate with other
departments providing feedback and updates.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Must have great phone demeanor, customer service attitude and professionalism
with the ability to search and locate businesses and individuals
through the use of internet, telephone and other tracing services.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School graduate; plus one to two years of office experience
and/or related training. Ability to read, write and understand verbal
instructions, add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
All applicants will be required to pass a Basic English and Math
test with at least 70% pass mark.
COMPUTER SKILLS
In-depth knowledge of Internet Search, Microsoft Word, Excel and
Outlook. Typing speed of at least 35wmp.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee constantly
sit; stand; walk;
ascend and descend stairs to the second floor; reach with arms and
hands; grasp; keyboard and mouse approximately 85% of the time;
frequently handles telephone enquires; lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
Specific vision abilities include close vision; color vision; peripheral
vision.
